Gives its consent to the agreement;Asks to the European Court of Justice to issue a legal opinion whether the agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco is complying with the European treaties, with the international law and with the 21 December 2016 European Court ruling.
