Encourages the Member States to develop training, empowering educators to address all forms of discrimination and racism; recognises the contribution of sport in the social integration of disadvantaged and vulnerable groups, but also in the smooth socialisation of citizens more generally, particularly children, by teaching the spirit of teamwork and respect for diversity; underlines the importance of sport, particularly of infrastructure, in combating social phenomena such as violence, radicalism, racism and xenophobia;
