Calls for the phasing-out of pallm oil biodiesel and land-based biolfuels, such as palm oil biodiesel, that drive deforestation and that drive deforestation; calls for the same action to be taken regarding biofuels that compete against land-based food production for land orthose that do not significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions;
