Asks the Commission and the Member States to step up their capacity for collecting gender-segregated statistics about worker board-level representatives, making use of the work of the EIGE and Eurostat, in order to monitor the number of women and men in key decision-making positions so as to ensure the promotion of gender equality at board level in Europe.
