Stresses the need to combat early school-leavingRecalls the Europe 2020 headline target that the share of early leavers from education and training should be less than 10%; stresses the need to combat early school-leaving through dialogue between the education sector, public employment services and social partners as well as by adequately informing students about future labour market opportunities and through providing STEM education, dual learning and qualitative apprenticeships;
