Stresses that in light of the rapid technology developments and increasing cyber attacks, special attention needs to be given to the protection of personal data, with a large focus on the security of the processing and storing; although the right to be forgotten is not absolute and will need to be balanced against other fundamental rights, individuals need to be given the right to have their online personal data rectified.
