Recalls that Parliament introduced an additional credit of €1 million in 2009 specifically for actions related to Fair Trade in the budgetary line aimed at financing projects in the area of external trade and calls on the Commission to consider re-introducing this budget line in 2015 to finance actions related to Fair Trade, as defined by the Commission Communication of 5 May 2009*; ________________ (COM(2009) 215 final)
