Calls on the Commission and the Member States to ensure that sufficient resources are being allocated to the programmes and activities against early and forced marriages in their external actions; encourages the EU Delegations to fulfil the EU’s commitment on Gender Action Plan 2016-2020, to closely monitor the situation and to develop relevant programmes in support of local legislative actions;
