Welcomes the increase in CA for LIFE+ to EUR 333.5 million (up by 8.7%) and welcomes the sharp increase in PA (24,3%, to EUR 268.2 million) in line with improved implementation rates also in view of the follow up actions from the planned biodiversity strategy in 2010; asks to Commission to put more emphasis on LIFE+ projects dealing with water pollution in the Mediterranean and Black Sea and its effects on the seacoast;
