Calls for safeguards to ensure, in every TiSA chapter, that the agreement will not, under any circumstances, serve to weaken, circumvent, or invalidate Member States’ or EU standards in the following areas: workers’ rights, working conditions, social security, social inclusion, and social protection, health and safety at work, vocational training, professional qualifications, free movement of workers and pensioners, social dialogue, and anti-discrimination provisions at the workplace and on the labour market;
