Stresses the need for an annual report by the Commission assessing progress in the development of the renewable and fossil-free hydrogen market and evaluating the activities of the EHB; asks that this report also evaluate the geographical breakdown of funding, the number of jobs created, changes in supply and demand, the cost of renewable and fossil-free hydrogen compared to other forms of hydrogen and other electricity carriers, and the development of dedicated hydrogen infrastructures;
