Encourages Bosnia and Hercegovina to step up its work to protect people with disabilities, and develop and adopt a strategy on deinstitutionalisation, ensuring people with disabilities a dignified life; condemns that the law allows persons with disabilities to be deprived of their legal capacity, which is a clear violation of the Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities, of which the country is signatory; underlines that it is unacceptable that the support provided is differentiated and depends on the type of disability, such as the fact that persons with war-related disabilities (war veterans and civilian victims of war) are prioritised over other persons with disabilities;
