Calls on the Council and all Member States to promote initiatives to prevent all kinds of discrimination, as well as to promote measures ensuring safe and secure workplaces, and training aimed at preventing violence and harassment in all transport-related workplaces. Calls for the Commission to include in future transport legislation to offer protection to women who have been victims of gender violence as well as reporting procedures for incidents of psychological or sexually motivated harassment, supported by practical strategies for prevention and risk assessment of gender violence, including psychosocial risks.
