Stresses that the success of the EU’s aim to achieve climate neutrality will depend on the adequacy of the financingsubstantially reduce carbon dioxide emissions, can only be achieved effectively, if the Commission refrains from partial and imperfect subsidies of certain technologies. Is convinced that a technological-neutral approach will create fundamental sustainable innovation & development; and at the same time foster long-term growth and energy security;
