Calls on the EU and its Member States, in particular through Team Europe, to help to build solutions with local actors and to support initiatives tailored to local realities in order to accompany partner countries towards food autonomy, through the development of local agricultural production capacities as well as larger food production on an industrial scale, and the transition to sustainable and resilient agri-food systems.;
