Article 11 is replaced by the following: "Article 11 Statistics 1. Member States shall, at least every two years, transmit detailed data to the Commission on: (a) the number of offences laid down in Articles 3 and 4 and the number of persons prosecuted for and convicted of the offences laid down in Articles 3 and 4., as registered and adjudicated by the Member States; (b) the number of dismissed court cases, including due to the expiry of the limitation period; (c) the number of natural persons that are (i) prosecuted, (ii) convicted; (d) the number of legal persons that are (i) prosecuted (ii) convicted or fined and convicted of the offences laid down in Articles 3 and 4; (e) the type and number of penalties and sanctions imposed on natural and legal persons (f) the value of the confiscated counterfeit currency; (g) the number of cases referred to Europol; (h) the actions taken by national competent authorities to prevent the making or altering of currency and its distribution; 2. Member States shall transmit to the Commission the statistical data referred to in paragraph 1 in a standard, easily accessible and comparable format. 3. The Commission shall, at least every three years, publish a report based on the statistical data transmitted by the Member States."
