Recalls that the European cultural and creative sectors including industries account for between 4 and 7 % of the EU’s GDP and for about 8.7 million jobs in the EU; emphasizes that these figures are not adequately reflected in the national recovery and resilience plans, leaving the cultural and creative sectors considerably underrepresented in the EU’s overall effort to overcome the pandemic and support the recovery and resilience of the European economy;
