Underlines that children with disabilities, including those with intellectual disabilities, have the right to inclusive education on the same footing as other children, including the possibility to access mainstream schools, as stipulated in Article 24 CRPD, recalls, in this context, the need to make reasonable adjustments, to provide an adequate number of teachers and educators, and the importance of ensuring that teachers and educators have access to continuous training and professional development, and considers that accessible digital tools should be designed and used where possible12; _________________ 12 Petitions Nos 0956/2018 and 1340/2020.
