Highlights the unique circumstances of women experiencing homelessness and their increased vulnerability to gender-based violence, as well as a lack of access to hygiene and healthcare facilities as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent emergency measures; calls on Member States to appropriately consider women experiencing homelessness in their pandemic response plans;
