Insists that all traineeships should promote inclusiveness, especially with regard to persons with fewer opportunities; insists that it is crucial to ensure participation in traineeships for persons with disabilities by taking appropriate measures to increase awareness and accessibility; calls on the Commission to propose specific initiatives to facilitate the participation of persons with a disability in cross-border traineeships;
