Calls on the Member States to develop post-2020 National Strategies for the Inclusion of People with Romani Background based on realistic quantitative and qualitative data with an adequate pre- defined budget, incorporated into the national, regional and local budgets, subject to a periodic review and evaluation within a 5-year deadline and which reflects the scale of the social inclusion needs of people with Romani background;
