30a. Expresses its dissatisfaction at the excessively burdensome terms imposed by the EIB in loan contracts for borrowers such as Greece, where it is making loan payments for the construction of the New Heraklion Airport in Crete conditional on the redevelopment of the old airport site (85% of which belongs to the Greek Defence Ministry), bypassing the local community and the competent authorities;
