Welcomes in particular the Foundation's initiative ‘Skills for Enterprise Development’ addressing the need for skills adaptation by linking vocation education and training (VET) with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs); highlights that this initiative enables enterprises to respond and manage challenges, including those resulting from the COVID-19pandemic by contributing to greener, inclusive and innovative societies and boosting sustainable competitiveness and resilience;
