Notes the tremendous impact that the COVID-19 had on the cultural and creative sectors; urges the Commission to offer financial aid to the cultural and creative sectors and the whole cultural ecosystem, including through the Corona Response Investment Initiative and construct supportive measures that would alleviate the impact; urges the Commission to propose the increase the budget of the Create Europe Programme 2021-2027 in order to alleviate the effects of the crisis in the long-term; stresses the need to include the cultural and creative sectors as priority sectors in the Recovery Fund as well as boosting the EU's investment tools, such as Invest EU, to open eligibility for the CCS; highlights the urgent need to ensure the availability of EU funds, specifically structural funds for the CCS as well as new support measures for creators, creative workers and freelancers in the EU;
