Welcomes the efforts undertaken by certain Member States to return cultural works and artefacts to their places of origin; calls on the Commission and the EEAS to support those Member States in their negotiating processes with countries outside the EU; calls on the Commission and the Member States to proceed according to article 17 of MONDIACULT 2022 as declared by the Ministers of Culture of the Member States of UNESCO;
