Regrets the recent emergence of discrimination based on vaccination status, with certain Member States denying access to catering and a wide range of other services to citizens who have not been vaccinated against COVID- 19, even if they are not ill, while a negative PCR test is sufficient for all those seeking to avail themselves of such services in other Member States;
