Considers that the Commission and the Member States should set up ex ante regulatory standards also for controlled, temporary spaces for economic activities such as the development of drones, the use of electric scooters or the implementation of digital ledger technologies (DLTs) to be used in transport and tourism; considers that these regulatory standards could minimize legal insecurity for new innovation and allow for their practical application to be assessed, helping to improve the regulatorycontext through continuous experimentation and evaluation;
