The interests and rights referred to in paragraphs 1(b) shall include, in particular: (a) the ownership of part of the capital or of the business assets, or (b) the power to exercise voting rights, or (c) the power to appoint members of the supervisory board, the administrative board or bodies legally representing the undertaking, or (d) the right to obtain dividends or other shares of the benefitProvided that the requirements in point (b) of paragraph 1 are respected, two distinct public bodies can control, on one hand, generation and supply activities and, on the other, transmission activities.
