Calls on Member States to facilitate the combination of work and care responsibilities by providing workers with flexibility with regard to working hours and working place in order to avoid that they have no other possibility for flexibility than to resort to dependent self- employment as it has been noted that self- employment is a steadily increasing trend in the EU;
