Considers that cooperation between EU outermost regions and overseas countries and territories on the one hand, and UK overseas territories on the other hand, particularly in the Caribbean and Pacific, should continue; calls for special provisions to allow future joint projects under the European Development Fund and cohesion funds, as appropriate;
