Calls for the EU and the Member States to reinforce the effectiveness of its 14 sanction packages adopted so far and adopt new ones that also target third country states and non-state entities, such as companies, as soon as the need arises; calls for effective cooperation with like- minded partners across the globe to increase the pressure on Russia; calls on the EU and the Member States to take strong actions against the Russian shadow fleets that endanger maritime traffic and environment globally;
