44a. Emphasises the importance of promoting competitive, sustainable and resilient agricultural sector that continues to ensure food security; in order to advance towards the goals defned and make progress in the emissions reduction at farm level, calls on the Commission to stimulate the large-scale adoption of precision agriculture technologies, including IoT sensors, drones, AI, and satellite imagery, thereby improving resource efficiency and crop management;
