Welcomes the fact that there has been an increase in the number of participants, from widening countries, in HEU;Recognizes the importance of the HEU Widening participation and spreading excellence' actions in building research and innovation capacities in countries which still need to strengthen their potential and calls for its comprehensive impact analysis in 2025. Welcomes the fact that there has been an increase in the number of participants, from widening countries, in HEU. Nonetheless, stresses that the structure of the actions could be reconsidered towards a more inclusive European RD&;I ecosystem as stated in the Heitor Report.
