Recognises that is still necessary to increase the financial support of the EU to UNRWA in 2025, due to the agency’s critical financial situthe Southern neighbourhood in 2025; stresses that no EU funds shall, directly or indirectly, be used to fund terrorism or incitement to violence and martyrdom; highlights that aid to organisations that jeopardizes its ability to fulfil its important role effectivelyare operating in or close to areas affected by the Israel-Hamas war must be further scrutinised, due to the urgent humanitarian situation, and the very serious allegations about misused EU funds;
