Calls for the reduction of the administrative burden, notably by simplifying the application processes including by, among other things, examining how at the initial stage personal data requests can be minimised and by the removal of unjustified goldplating, for accessing funds and the reporting procedures for organisations, in particular for those of a smaller size; warns that simplification must not compromise the fundamental principles of shared management, transparency and accountability, ensuring the proper administration of public funds;
