To ensure the uniform implementation of the rules provided for in paragraph 1 of this Article, the Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, lay down and update as necessary the format in which the information referred to in that paragraph shall be published. The content thereof shall relate exclusively to the provisions of Article 10(1). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 141 (2).
