Calls on the Commission to put forward a legislative proposal on the roadworthiness testing of motor vehicles, with a view to reducing the administrative burden for citizens and industry while guaranteeing a highthe dynamic development of testing methods and test content and at the same time ensuring the highest possible level of road safety;
