Indicates that the reasons for postponement are as follows: incomplete information provided on the private use of public money detected by the ECA,s deeply concerned that the College failured to meet the deadline of June 2008 set in the 2006 discharge resolution to bring its financial management in line with the Financial Regulation, and recurrent breaches ofthat some of the College's practices do not respect basic financial rules;
