Expresses concern about industrial overcapacity in China’sChinese state measures causing trade distortion, including industrial overcapacity in raw material sectors including in the steel sector; recalls the commitments made at the first ministerial meeting of the Global Forum on Steel Excess Capacity in 2017 to refrain from providing market-distorting subsidies.
