Calls on the Commission and the Member States to include measures to protect women and LGBTI people against harassment in the workplace; calls on the Commission to revise the current EU framework decision on combating certain forms and expressions of racism and xenophobia by means of criminal law, in order to include sexism, bias crime and incitement to hatred on grounds of sexual orientation and/or gender identity;
