Article 16 – paragraph 2 a (new)
2a. Cooperation between the European Space Agency and the European GNSS Agency shall be based on working arrangements, including full delegation from the European GNSS Agency to the European Space Agency. Those working arrangements shall in particular address the European Space Agency's role in: (a) conception, design, procurement, monitoring and validation in the framework of the development of future generations of the systems; (b) technical support in the framework of operation and maintenance of the existing generation of the systems. Those working arrangements and any changes thereto shall be notified to the European Parliament and the Council.
