Considers it regrettable that, outside the humanitarian partners, there is insufficient awareness of the European Consensus on Humanitarian Aid, and calls for the introduction of specific training about the consensus, particularly for the European External Action Service (EEAS), for diplomats from the Member States and for military bodies;
