Supports the idea of the revolving principle of JESSICA and its potential for economic growth in urban areas and believes that in the next programming period the advantages of some aspects of regional policy as a whole nebeing baseds to be based substantially morea greater extent on revolving funds offering credits rather than solely on grants, as is the case at present, should be considered;
