Notes that numerous factors, such as digitalisation, are contributing to a radical transformation of work, with an increase in non-standard forms of employment trends that will intensify unless new regulation is put into place; calls on the Commission and the Member States to ensure that work being transformed through digitalisation, and new employment being created as a result of it, is decglobal competition and austerity policies, have helped to accelerate the development of certain form of employment;
