Notes a lack of visibility as to the continuation of the launch vehicle programme in Europe beyond the next 3 to 4 years (Ariane 6 and Vega C) and as to the financial situation for this programme; expresses concern at the lack of any mid- to long-term launch programme; urges the Commission to come forward with a work programme for launch vehicles in Europe for the next 20 years;
