Congratulates the EESC for being the only institution to have published data on the absence of its staff in its annual activity report; notes however a slight increase in the absenteeism figures from 4,2% in 2005 to 4,5% in 2006, although this is still a low figure when compared to the figures in the Belgian public or private sectors.deleted
