Calls on the Commission and Member States to ensure that the intellectual property rights, such as the partial of sports organisers are respected, since the redistribution of revenue derived from the exploitation of IPR in sports cand merchandising, are taken into accoun benefit grassroots sport and recruitment and can help improve protection of the integrity of sport;
