The Commission shall be empowered tofore the application of this Regulation pursuant to Article 56 adopt implementing acts determining whether or not specific products or categories of products fulfil the criteria set out in paragraph 1 of this Article and therefore can or cannot be considered toys within the meaning of this Regulation. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 50(2).
