Insists that all international agreements negotiated by the EU must include binding and non-negotiable human rights clauses and regrets that the Economic Partnership Agreements negotiated until now fail to meet this standard; notably insists that the future agreement between the ACP and the EU must reinforce the existing dialogue on human rights and enable a system of sanction when failure to respect human rights is demonstrated;
