Finds that the portfolio of the ministry hosting the respective national SOLVIT centre may affect the perception of the type of work carried out by SOLVIT in that country and that the level of successful resolution and expedition of cases depends on the willingness and ability of Member States to closely cooperate with SOLVIT centres;
